Ok, what I'm executing using this command does not matter..
I want to catch the error thrown when the program I try to use does not exist on the current computer...
Using WHEN OTHERS does not work..
I get this oracle ole no data found or something..

any idea how to fix this?

'WHEN OTHERS' is normally associated with a SQL statement. Have you tried using 'error_code', 'error_text', and 'error_type'?
