Running Report 9i from Form Builder 9i. [message #210576]

I can't seem to run reports from form builder
I've read the related threads here too.
Error is :

frm: 41214
rep: 56033: Job 0 does not exist.

Can anyone direct me to a link that can help me with this or just show me the gems.....emmmph I mean answer?!

forms 9i with reports 9i
the Report server version 9.0.2.0.1
the oc4j version is 9.0.2.0.0...there shouldn't be ap roblem there!
Win XP Service Pack 2 (grrrr...hope the problem isn't there) with p4 processor.

One thing is that the form used to run fine and call the report, now, for some reason and after some time, the report isn't being called and I'm getting the errors above.
