hi,
i installed oracle 9i in my home pc. reports is now working fine.
while running forms it shows the followimg Error

Frm10142:the HTTP listener is not running on server at port 8888. please start the listener or check your runtime preferences.

plz tell me why this error is coming?
what is the solution?
