Is your menu in the same directory as your form? Have you placed this directory name in the FORMSxx_PATH in the registry?

Look at the thread http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/133714/67467/?srch=hkey_local_machine#msg_133714, open your registry, go to 'My Computer > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > ORACLE', take a window shot (Alt-PrintScreen), paste it into a word document and place it in your reply.

Sorry ... I don't have rar on my corporate PC ... please repost as a WORD (.doc) file. If the file is too big then change the colour depth from 24-bit to 8-bit.

OK, I could display the menu ( but I make the menu in setting the full path in the Module property). Thus I can't display two menu, by default there are "DEFAULT&SMARTBAR". I 'd like to know the way to display several menus with the default.

I believe that you can only have one menu associated with a particular form. The only place I could see where a menu can be changed is in the call_form command where there is the 'switch_menu' option.

Please take another screen dump for me but this time with the KEY_DevSuiteHome NOT expanded.
