That's not available in Forms. A workaround is provided in the link I gave in my previous reply.

thx my friends fro your kind sujjestions

but it does't solve my problem i used sys_context with alomst all its paramter for userenv namespace

it returns NULL with 'CLIENT INFO' parameter

i m running a form on the server i want to know that runtime on my client pc is installed or not if it is there then further application run on my client pc else i send notification to install runtime or install it through my form

if you have any sujjestion other than web utils or web forms
i m using just oracle form in a local client/server intranet

What version of Forms are you using? Are you running client/server or 3 tier?
