Go to the canvas editor. While holding down the control key select all the buttons that are in a particular row. Then go to the menus at the top of the canvas editor and find the align selector. Select it and then use the 'align top' to make them all have the same 'y' coordinate. Alternatively, after you have selected the items on the canvas, go to the main Forms item list and you will see that they have all been high-lighted, now, on the property sheet you will have '***' in both the x and y coordinate fields, place a value in the y coordinate field and they will ALL be given that value.
