File Not Found Error when i run my form from Form Builder [message #147863]

I am using oracle 9iDB / Oracle 9iDS on my personal computer with windowsXP. I am facing a problem. When i run a form internet explorer give the following error.

"The Page cannot be displayed"
HTTP 500 - Internal server error

http://khalid:8888 is working and showing the page
but

http://khalid:8888/forms90/f90servlet?form=C:\vjournal.fmx&userid=JAMEEL/JAMEEL@oracle&buffer_records=NO&debug_messages=N O&array=YES&query_only=NO&quiet=NO&RENDER=YES

is giving the above error. Proxy is off. OC4J is running. FMX & FMB both exist in c:\. but still the form is not working. Please let me know is there any other changes are required. If anybody can help me in this regard i will be thanxful

Does your form 'vjournal' use any libraries?
