hi
i have a problem validating a date item
using a when validate item trigger
but the function go_item is restricted inside that trigger
anyway to send the cursor back to the item being checked ?
forms 9i on xp

Save the name of the item in a global, create a timer (search this forum for 'timer'), and in the timer you can do a go_item.
