We have three 10g databases.
In either of them, the following problem has occured:
Using Form Builder 6i, while opening an existing form, the loading process takes too long. The problem has not occured using the other two databases.
Which database parameter may affect this?

I suggest you raise this question in the database forum.

Have you compared the different databases? Have you got all your indexes (indices) defined? Do the schemas match? Do you have the same storage parameters? Do you have differences when running serious queries in SQL*Plus? What are the memory and processor differences?
